Winter Hiking at the Wilder Kaiser in Tyrol

Hiking with a Kaiser ViewWhile you stroll along the glittering snowfields, the rays of the low-lying sun penetrate the branches of the pine and spruce trees. The freshly fallen snow muffles every step, and you only hear the soft crunching under your shoes. The Tyrolean mountain world stretches out before you - quiet, peaceful, and at the same time heartwarmingly beautiful.

Salven viewA cozy winter loop with a magnificent view of the Hohe Salve
From the mountain station of the Hexenwasser gondola, hike westward towards Stöcklalm. On the way, you will pass directly by the "Blue Wonder," which is definitely worth a visit. Then, continue in two switchbacks towards Söll, briefly cross the ski slope, and continue slightly downhill to the right of the ski slope until you reach the Stöcklalm. After a cozy stop, hike back the same route to Hochsöll.
Energy PathHike through the forest, along the river, back to the hotel
From the hotel, the path leads into the village. Pass the Gänsleit district and go through the underpass to the dog run area. At the Mühlboden bridge, turn left and follow the path along the Weißache, past the sewage treatment plant until you reach the Gasthof Oberstegen. From there, the path leads uphill to the Moorsee. At the Franzlhof, take the winter hiking trail back to the hotel.
Schattseit Winter LoopPeace & strength, slowing down, and breathing deeply
The starting point is the parking lot at Ahornsee. Follow the groomed winter hiking trail towards Scheffau. Pass the Hauninger Dörfl to reach the Scheffau district of Bärbichl. From here, go downhill on the road and through the underpass to Blaiken. Shortly after the Blaiken guesthouse, follow the winter hiking trail and hike along the ski run to Scheffau. In the village center, various inns invite you to a cozy stop. Then hike north of the Hotel Kaiserlodge along the road towards Blaiken. Here, follow the groomed winter hiking trail past the Erlach/Stockach districts, through Unterhauning and Gänsleit, back to Söll.
Sonnbichl Winter LoopHistoric trails for everyone combined
The starting point is the hiking start point in front of the Söll Tourist Information. From here, follow the signs towards Franzlhof and continue to the "War Memorial." After passing the War Memorial, stay in Schnapflwald, which takes you further down the hill towards the village along the sidewalk. At the elementary school, turn right and follow the Hausbach to the Elektro Salvenmoser shop. At Café Mirabell, turn right back to the starting point.
Söll Village LoopOnce around the most beautiful flower village in Europe! Along centuries-old farmhouses
In 2013, Söll was awarded the title of "Most Beautiful Flower Village in Europe." Start from the hotel towards the village center and turn right after the Dorfstube, past the music pavilion, slightly uphill into the Pirchmoos district. At the Pirchmooser chapel, turn right, past the "Magic Stone," and continue to Oberkollerhof. The Sunnseitweg leads straight ahead to Franzlhof. Go downhill to Hotel Feichter (Grashalm lantern) and turn left to Hausbachlweg. Through the elementary school and Salvenarena, you will reach the snack place with a "Snack hedge."
Winter Loop HochsöllA cozy winter loop in Hochsöll with lift support, rest stops, and views of the Hohe Salve
From the mountain station of the Hochsöll gondola, hike westward towards Stöcklalm. On the way, you will pass directly by the "Blue Wonder," which is definitely worth a visit. Then, continue in two switchbacks towards Söll, briefly cross the ski slope, and continue slightly downhill to the right of the ski slope until you reach the Stöcklalm. From here, go a short distance on the Mondrodelbahn/family descent valley. Right behind the stable, turn onto the driveway and hike around the Salvenmooser Kogel slightly uphill again towards Hochsöll (driveway). A stop at the Gasthof Salvenmoos with views of the Hohe Salve is recommended before heading slightly downhill again to the mountain station of the gondola.
